We will also edit all the settings needed for your websites to be fully functional on our ultra–modern cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of transferring any type of website. With years of practical experience in the industry, they’re experts in the specificities of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other popular Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom application with many custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to move your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not very large).

A: We do not collect any sensitive details. We will need, though, the login information for your current web hosting account and the name of the site that you would like to move.

A: While we migrate your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the transfer is finished, we will make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not compromised prior to telling you that the migration is done. Then we will instruct you how to move the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to edit the DNS resource records.

A: No. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We’ll never get in touch with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. Basically, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
